I’ve got some great news. I have been accepted to a very prestigious program as part of the FIFA World Cup later this year in Qatar. This means I will spend just over a month living in Qatar and participating in activities to make the World Cup a success. This is a wild dream come true for me and it will give me direct experience with executing the largest sporting and hospitality event in the world.
When I go to Qatar, I will also have the opportunity to explore several countries in the Middle East. I have not yet concluded on the final selection but I have an opportunity to explore the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Iran. As you know, this would not just be a fun expedition for me, it will be an opportunity for us to plant our TVP roots in this region and extend our services there. We pride ourselves in being the most colorful travel company in Africa and the Middle East and this just helps reinforce that. At the end of the day, you - my people - will reap the sweet fruits of this lifetime opportunity.
