The year is coming to an end and I am so proud of us. We made it through, despite all the challenges. I am proud of you too! This year, we learned some cool Africa facts, we learned the difference between Mounts Kilimanjaro and Everest, we planted the signpost at the top of Nigeria’s highest mountain (Chappal Waddi) and took CNN on the journey with us, we dived into the most popular sports events in the world, we learned the price of bread in each African country, we also learned the difference between the Netherlands and Holland. Then, we found out what makes ice cream and gelato different from frozen yoghurt, we learned the difference between the UK and Britain and then we discovered why an immigrant is different from an expatriate and a refugee. How about the difference between an Oscar, Tony and Grammy? We did that too. And you now know why you should switch off your phone on the plane.
Wow. Let’s stay excited for life and all the amazing things we will discover next year. I’m ready. Are you?
