What is the difference between the Army, Navy, Airforce and Police?
You've probably asked yourself this question quietly. Here's the really cool answer and a gift I have for you.
My People,
Today’s story explains the difference between the Army, Navy, Air Force and Police. We also share some news about our new guessing game - Fill in the Black - and what travel could look like during the Christmas and New Year holidays. All our videos live on YouTube here. You can subscribe for free and use them to teach, as ice breakers or to entertain yourself. You’re a curious mind, after all.
To say ‘thank you’ for these last few years, I am giving out 10 copies of my friend’s book on money management to people living in Lagos. Gabriel Omin is excellent and his book ‘45 Money Mistakes’ is a short financial guide full of lessons. Just ask, I will give the first 10 people to do so.
Okay, let’s go!
Have you ever wondered about the differences between the Army, Navy, Airforce and Police? What's the Military? Are they all the same across the world? Why does the US have 7 branches of the Army when other countries have 3? Wait…how come some countries do not have Armed Forces at all? Hmmm, some countries have police who carry guns and others don’t?
Here’s the answer you’re looking for in the short animated video.
What do you know about the Military that I have not shared? I would like to learn too. Please reply this email telling me all about it.
Upcoming Trips:
Lagos Cruise: I have a question. Would you be interested in a socially-distanced dinner cruise along the Lagos Lagoon to celebrate Nigeria’s 60th birthday?
Christmas Trips: A lot of people have been asking for a trip over the Christmas and New Year holidays. So tell me, where would you like to go?
Let me know. Simply reply this email or leave a comment.
Before you go, please share this newsletter with other curious minds. There’s something pretty cool to share every week!
Love,
Funmi!
Some countries don't have the Military because of dictatorship. Some because of their size. There are about 23 countries in the world that don't have Military. Thank you.
Hello Fúnmi, yes I'd be interested in a dinner cruise for October. I also want the book you mentioned in the article. Thanks 😊
